Must Have Cleaning Products in the Home

Some of our readers love cleaning the home, while there are some others who prefer to leave it to a dedicated house cleaner, or clean the home as quickly as possible, so you can focus your time more on the tasks you would prefer to accomplish, yet the home needs to be cleaned weekly in keeping it beautiful.

Leverage can be gained with the right cleaning products, designed to save you time, and ideally some elbow grease. These are the writers recommendations, where such products have been great both pre and post-renovation phases, when it comes to cleaning the home.

Not only is this cleaning gem great for cleaning (and infecting) the walls prior to painting the walls in a home, Sugar Scrub is also great for removing any grease and grime without causing any scratches. For example, if you cook a lot of spicy food, this cleaning product is a gem when it comes to cleaning the grease and grime off the range hood in the kitchen.

Ozkleen Mould Power is a fantastic product when it comes to disinfecting the home, as well as removing mould from shower tiles in the bathroom, and on bathroom tiles in general. Having used Exit Mould before, this product is more user friendly. Even though Exit Mould works, Ozkleen's equivalent does not convey a super strong smell in comparison. This is just like using your Spray 'N' Wipe, yet for mouldy surfaces instead. This same product can also be used on fabrics, and contains organic disinfectant properties. This product is also environmentally friendly.



3. Viva Cleaning products

The Kleenex Viva Products are fantastic when it comes to cleaning mirrors, iPhones, computers and TV screens in the home. This is where disposable wipes (that you can re-use for as long as you want) are fantastic. No more streaks indeed.



4. Floorboard lovers

If your home has polished floorboards in one or more rooms, then Pledge Wood Magic is gold. Somehow, dust particles are less common place, both before and after mopping the floors with consistent use.

Another cleaning product that comes highly recommend, is the Dettol Anti-Bacterial Surface Cleaner for general surface cleaning, and to remove food particles in the kitchen area.
