How do I get bath crayon off my grout

I bought my kids some bath crayons just for fun. Yes, it was fun. They had a great time drawing pictures on the bath and shower.

Problem: Whereas I was able to scrub the horrible stuff off the bath and tiles, it is still all over the grout and no amount of scrubbing will shift it.

Any ideas?
